By accessing or using TesterPilot's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
TesterPilot provides Google Play closed testing services, including but not limited to: tester recruitment, manual app testing, bug reporting, device coverage testing, and Google Play Console guidance.
As a user of our services, you agree to:
You retain all intellectual property rights to your app and its content. TesterPilot does not claim ownership of your app. We treat all client apps with the highest confidentiality and security.
TesterPilot agrees to maintain the confidentiality of your app, associated materials, and any proprietary information shared during the testing process. We sign NDAs upon request.
Payments are due as agreed upon in the selected pricing plan. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We strive to deliver testing results within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to Google Play Console issues or app-specific technical problems.
TesterPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TesterPilot and its team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.
